Incidents

If an incident occurs while you are on the dam, please inform us so we can notify the Toowoomba Regional Council and to ensure the safety of all our members and friends. 
 

Use the online incident report and email the committee to let them know it occurred.

Recording an Incident

If an incident occurs at the club, login to the members portal and click on the Record Incident Button.

 

You can then enter all of the incident details and sign online. The Incident will then be recorded.

 

Please email perserveranceaquaticclub@gmail.com to let a committee member know an incident has occurred.
